Richard holds an MBA and an impressive array of professional HR credentials, including SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHRca, and HRPM certifications, reflecting his advanced knowledge and commitment to excellence in the human resources profession.

In addition to his executive HR leadership experience, Richard has served for more than 17 years as a Senior Certified Professional Instructor for both HRCI and SHRM through their Education Partner programs, helping to develop HR professionals and business leaders through instruction, mentorship, and professional development.
