To Youth and Families in Need

Donations Thank you to all that support us!

Eggleston Youth Centers, Inc. depends upon the generosity of individuals and groups to support our children’s future. We believe that all children deserve a quality of life and if properly nurtured, can achieve dignity and self-esteem despite their life challenges.

We realize your support is a personal choice—some contribute much- needed funds; some give of their time to mentor a child; others sponsor graduations or provide professional services; and still others contribute much needed programmatic or personal items.

Each contribution is highly valued, for more information on how you can make a difference in a life of a child, please contact Human Resources at 1-800-230-8883.

Sponsorship

EYC holds many special events for children and families throughout the year. The events offer donors an opportunity to have fun, meet our friends, and staff, and contribute to EYC’s mission.

Wish Lists

Our wish list provides children who are under privileged items that can help enhance their lives. Our annual wish list includes a holiday drive, clothing, back to school supplies, uniforms, and much more. You may give the actual items as a gift in kind or make a monetary donation so that EYC can purchase the items on behalf of the children.

A Donor Bill of Rights

PHILANTHROPY is based on voluntary action for the common good. It is a tradition of giving and sharing that is primary to the quality of life. Matching gift programs

Does your company match employee contributions to charitable programs? Please consider naming EYC as the beneficiary. Check with your company to see if they have a matching gift program or contact us to see how you can contribute through your company.

Planned Giving

Give the gift of a future though a planned giving plan, which can help reduce estate taxes and helps ensure the future of EYC. Many instruments are available: individual bequests, naming EYC as the beneficiary of life insurance policies, or IRAs, and charitable remainder trusts. Please call us or contact your financial or legal advisor to learn how you can participate.

Education is our future fund

EYC’s commitment goes beyond shelter care. Too many youth in foster care and residential treatment centers drop out of high school and with limited skills have limited jobs prospects. Their future depends on the successful education and this funds helps by providing an individual plan for each child that enters our doors which may include; tutoring, workshops, advocacy, and homework assistance. Through Education is our Future Fund, you will be able to contribute to helping a youth succeed in life and unlocking their potential.
