At Eggleston Youth Center, our Navigate Program is dedicated to addressing health disparities in underserved communities. Through mobile units, robust community outreach, and specialized provider training, we focus on serving young men of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and others in need.

Bridge Program

Early Family Engagement
- Focus: Engage families early in the SUD treatment process with one-on-one consultations, brief education sessions, and coordinated family orientation events.
- Relevant Services: Family education, early family engagement initiatives, and aspects of Foster Youth SUD Grant Funding.
Family Education
- Focus: Deliver psychoeducational sessions and workshops (e.g., Early Intervention Caregiver Guide) that empower families with knowledge.
- Relevant Services: Aligns with Family Counseling & Parenting Groups and Educational Workshops.
Community Outreach and Engagement
- Focus:Proactively reach out to families and the broader community, collaborating with external organizations (such as LGBTQ+ Centers) to raise awareness.
- Relevant Services: EYC’s established community engagement and outreach programs.
Family and Caregiver Support Groups
- Focus:Create safe spaces for families and caregivers through regular support groups, fostering mutual support and shared learning.

Leadership and Mentoring Program
